Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order for the customer to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the contract, he must notify the seller of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of 8 days by an unequivocal statement sent by e-e-mail to [email protected]

When the customer is a legal entity, the section of these Terms of Use entitled “Right to unilateral termination of the contract” does not apply to him. For legal entities, the Law on Obligations and the Law on Electronic Commerce apply.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only possible in situations where you have received goods with a factory defect or visible physical damage. Also, we can refund money for products that we determine that they have not been used and that therefore there has been no wear and tear of the material from which the product was made. The product must be in the original packaging in which you received the product.

The trader has the right to refuse a refund if he determines that the goods are not in good condition due to the consumer’s inadequate and improper handling.

The consumer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the goods that arise as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
